  This medical practice used to be my favorite but not anymore after today's visit!!! Talked to a nurse about the vaccines I should get if I plan to get pregnant next year and asked if I need to consult doctor about that. She was really friendly and helpful and said.. "Don't worry... I will go ask the doctor for you" even though I didn't ask her to do it. And she went back there and talked to other nurses. They were talking in soft voice but didn't know that it was loud enough for me to hear what they said...Surprisingly, I heard one person saying " Why can't she just look it up online" and then, that lady responded "I know, I was like what kind of question was that".... and they started laughing... Seriously????? It's just so ridiculous!!!!! What is the whole point of going to visit doctor when patient can look up the information online??????? It means you WON'T have that job, ladies!!!!! Just give that job to other nurse who know better!! And if they DO NOT know, they could have been upfront to me and told me to find more information ONLINE instead of being so FAKE and making fun of patient behind their back. Plus, they provided wrong information when saying the ONLY vaccines I SHOULD NOT get when I'm already pregnant is TETANUS???? They must be kidding me! Just so disappointed!!! I think going to this Lake Pointe medical practice is a "good" choice if you want to consult someone who doesn't know much about their job and if you like the nurses working there MAKING FUN behind you back :) and Good luck with that! I would give this medical practice negative stars if I could!!!!
